After making a semi-final finish in the 2019 International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup, the Indian men's cricket team is all set to tour West Indies for the two-match Test series, three ODIs and as many Twenty20Is, beginning August 3 in Florida.

Sundar has featured in just one ODI and seven T20Is for India, with his last appearance in the blue jersey coming also against the Caribbean side at MA Chidambaram Stadium in November 2018.
In seven matches he played in the shortest format of the game, the 19-year-old bagged ten wickets at an economy rate of 6.04 while he finished with just a wicket in his lone ODI appearance. Iyer also grabbed many eyeballs when he was given new-ball duties for Team Pune for two consecutive IPL seasons.
Rahul Chahar
Right-arm leg-spinner Rahul Chahar has got his first national team call-up as he has been named in the 15-member T20I squad for India's tour to the West Indies.
Chahar, who has joined his brother Deepak Chahar in the squad and is in line to make his international debut, has impressed wit the ball during the 2019 edition of the IPL. He bagged a total of 13 scalps for Team Mumbai in as many IPL 2019 games. The 19-year-old then followed those figures with a total of 14 wickets in two unofficial Tests he played against Sri Lanka ‘A’.
Navdeep Saini
Fast bowler Navdeep Saini is one of the two players who have received maiden call-up in the national squad. The 26-year-old  cricketer from Haryana has been named in both limited-overs squads.

Saini has appeared in 75 first-class matches bagging 120 wickets besides also playing 41 List A games taking 65 wickets. He also impressed with the ball during the 2019 edition of the IPL, claiming 11 scalps in 13 matches he played for Team Bangalore.

MS Dhoni Takes Huge Call On His Availability For West Indies Tour

MS Dhoni Takes Huge Call On His Availability For West Indies Tour

Ever since India exited the World Cup with a defeat in the semifinal against New Zealand, MS Dhoni has hogged all the limelight. The reason for the same is the speculations over MS Dhoni’s retirement. Speculations are rife that the former India skipper would bow of the game any time now. Dhoni is looking like a pale shadow of his former self in recent times.
For quite some time now, a number of quarters have said that MS Dhoni should bow out of the game now. The three fifties in Australia earlier this year gave Dhoni a breathing space. However, his performance in the World Cup has once again invited criticism for him. As usual, the veteran is not short on runs but his poor strike-rate is not helping his cause.
In the World Cup, he struggled against the likes of Afghanistan and England. Those two knocks had made many question the intent of MS Dhoni. In the semifinal against New Zealand, he did score a fighting 50 but once again used up too many balls for the same. There are now talks that MS Dhoni’s retirement is just a matter of time.
Reports then claimed that he is no more an automatic choice in the Indian team and the selectors are waiting for his decision. With the selectors set to announce the squad for West Indies tour this week, a call on MS Dhoni’s future is expected soon.
The Times of India has now reported that the final word on the immediate and long-term future of Dhoni is out. The report claimed that Dhoni would not travel to the West Indies. Dhoni has made himself unavailable for the three ODIs and three T20Is in the Caribbean and will keep it that way for a certain period of time.
“MS will not go to the West Indies. Going forward, he will not travel with the team within India or overseas as the first-choice wicketkeeper. Rishabh Pant will take over and there will be a grooming window for him until he settles down.
“During this time, MS will help in the transition. For all you know, he could be part of the 15 but not part of the 11. This team needs a guiding hand on multiple fronts and wishing MS away is clearly unhealthy,” a source told the news outlet.

Eoin morgan give tribute to Bredon mc cullum

Eoin Morgan says New Zealand great Brendon McCullum taught him lot about leadership

England captain Eoin Morgan paid tribute to former New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum ahead of his side’s World Cup final against the Black Caps at Lord’s on Sunday.
Four years ago, a New Zealand side led by McCullum shot out England for just 123 in a World Cup group match and then overhauled that total in a mere 12.2 overs, leaving Morgan feeling as “close to rock bottom as I’ve been”.

New Zealand went on to finish runners-up to co-hosts Australia while England crashed out in the group stage.
McCullum has since retired from international duty and now Morgan finds himself leading England against New Zealand in the World Cup final.
Morgan has long acknowledged England’s debt to New Zealand for their one-day international revival and, speaking to reporters at Lord’s on Saturday, he had warm words for McCullum.
“We are close mates,” he said. “He’s taught me a lot about leadership. He proved you can get to the highest level by being yourselves.”
England, like New Zealand, have never won the World Cup, with the last of their three losing appearances in the final back in 1992.
“It means a huge amount to me and everyone in the changing room, it’s the culmination of four years’ hard work,” said Morgan.
“It’s an opportunity to sell this great game. We’re very excited and we’ll enjoy the game regardless.”
England played close to the perfect game in defeating reigning champions Australia in a lopsided semi-final at Edgbaston on Thursday.
Asked if they would need to hit similar heights against a New Zealand team who upset the odds to beat India by 18 runs in their last-four clash, Morgan replied: “I think we will, New Zealand were the best team in the group stage.”
Back-to-back group-stage defeats by Sri Lanka and Australia effectively left England playing knockout cricket before the semi-finals but they got their campaign back on track with impressive group-wins over India and New Zealand, who they overwhelmed by 119 runs at Durham’s Chester-le-Street headquarters.
“Playing knockout cricket, has helped us,” said Morgan. “We were in the last chance saloon in Durham.”

But Morgan said he had not thought about what it would mean to win the World Cup.
“I haven’t allowed myself to think about lifting the trophy. If you get ahead of this game it can bite you on the backside.”

MS DHONI BREAKS THE SILENCE

       MS DHONI PLANING FOR THE
       BEFORE  SRILANKA MATCH
Breaking his silence for the first time on retirement talks, MS Dhoni took a jibe at his critics by saying that a lot of people wanted him to retire before India’s next World Cup game against Sri Lanka at Headingley, Leeds on Saturday. Dhoni came under severe criticism for his approach in India’s last few World Cup games. Former India cricketers including Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly pointed fingers at Dhoni’s ‘lack of intent’ in the match against England, which India lost by 31 runs. Dhoni and Jadhav had scored only at a run-a-ball when the rewired was touching 13 runs per over in the last 5 overs.
Despite a lot of criticism from various quarters, Dhoni was received the backing from India’s team management including captain Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohti Sharma.
On Friday, ahead of India’s final group stage match against Sri Lanka, Dhoni, as per an ABP News report, said that he has no plans of retiring anytime soon however he was certain that some people wanted him to leave before the Sri Lanka match.
“I don’t know when I will retire. But a lot of people want me to retire before tomorrow’s game,” Dhoni told ABP News.
Dhoni, however, reportedly confirmed that his indication was not towards any member of the Indian cricket team nor the coaching staff.
The speculations about Dhoni’s retirement gathered winds after a PTI report had said that India’s last match at the World Cup could well turn out to be MS Dhoni’s swan song in India colours.
“You never know with MS Dhoni. But it is unlikely that he will continue to play for India after this World Cup. But since his decisions to quit captaincy from the three formats have been taken so suddenly, it is very difficult to predict at the moment,” a senior BCCI official told PTI.

       WWE EXTREME RULES PREDICTION

         WHICH CAN BECOME ACURATE

WWE Universal and Raw women’s championships’ fate are hanging in the balance in a single “winners take all” Extreme Rules match. The WWE Championship, both men’s tag team titles, as well as the United States Title will be also defended on the night. Additionally, The Undertaker returns to action forming a dream team with Roman Reigns trying to fend off the authority figures.
Now the betting odds are out for the Extreme Rules match-card hinting the potential winners of the night. As revealed by 5dimes.eu, almost each of the champions is the favorites to leave the building with their belts hanging around their shoulder. So it will basically be a filler event prior to Summerslam’s 32nd edition.
Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins will easily retain both the prime championships from Monday Night Raw beating Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans. It also ensures that these two heels will not get any title shots as long as Seth and Becky remain the champions. In case of the WWE Championship, Kofi Kingston will have another successful title defense against Samoa Joe.
As for the tag team championship matches at Extreme Rules, both The Revival and Daniel Bryan-Rowan are favorite to win their scheduled matches. Bayley will also retain despite facing Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross in a handicap match. It’s almost needless to mention that Roman Reigns and The Undertaker are sure-shot favorites to win the No Holds Barred tag team match.
So overall it should be a fun night for the fans where mostly babyface superstars will prevail. You may want to have a further look at Extreme Rules match card,

BARCELONA SIGNS GEIZEMANN FROM ATLETICO

       ATONIO GRIZEMANN IS NOW THE

        PART OF BARCELONA TEAM

Barcelona, July 12: Antoine Griezmann has swapped Atletico Madrid for Barcelona after LaLiga's champions triggered his €120million release clause.
France star and World Cup winner Griezmann will link up with Lionel Messi at Camp Nou on a five-year deal that includes an €800m buy-out option, it was confirmed on Friday (July 12).
The 28-year-old turned down a move to Barca in June last year as he opted to extend his Atletico contract. However, Griezmann informed the Madrid side of his desire to leave the Spanish capital following five years.
Griezmann has now made the switch to Barca, joining fellow recruits Frenkie de Jong and Neto through the door as Ernesto Valverde's side eye a third consecutive LaLiga title.
The attacker - who was born in France and has spent his entire professional career in Spain - moved to Atletico from Real Sociedad in 2014.
He won the Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and Supercopa de Espana during his time at Atletico.
Griezmann scored 15 LaLiga goals as Diego Simeone's side finished second behind Barca in 2018-19, while he netted 21 in all competitions.
Griezmann may not be the last high-profile forward to join Barca in this transfer window, with Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar also linked with a return.
The Brazilian left Camp Nou in a world-record €222m deal two years ago, but rumours about a return to Spain have been constant throughout his time in Paris.
Barca revealed this month Neymar informed them he is eager to go move back, while PSG sporting director Leonardo confirmed the forward is available for the right price after he failed to report for pre-season training.

How to choose the best cheap phone for you

Flagship smartphones are great: they're lightning fast, well designed, and come with a ton of extra features, too. But they come at a cost, and that cost is a lot of money. Most flagship smartphones now cost north of £1,000 to buy and, while the value you can get out of them can justify the cost, there is no getting away from the fact that it is big outlay, and especially so when contract costs then have to be added in on top.
The thing is, though, if you do your research well and decide exactly what you prize and need from a phone, then you can shop in the mid-range or budget phone market and get 70-90 per cent of the same experience as you would get if you owned a high-end phone, but for literally a fraction of the cost.
Most phone makers are cottoning on to this, too, with everyone from Xiaomi to Samung, and Google to Sony now offering some truly incredible handsets at fantastically low prices. Many of these handsets come with features that, only a few years ago, would be purely the domain of flagships, too, and in some cases we're now seeing entirely new technology actually debut in these cheaper devices. Just look at the Samsung Galaxy A80 and its unique pop-up and rotating camera system as proof.
